THE TRIAD ATHLETE’S CHALLENGE IS A COMPETITION WHERE ATHLETES WILL PERFORM A SERIES OF TESTS IN ORDER TO DETERMINE WHO IS THE BEST ATHLETE IN THE TRIAD!!!
The Rush will DONATE $500 to the Athletic Department of the school with the HIGHEST NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS!
PlyoCity is donating an Olympic Incline Bench to the school with the HIGHEST TOTAL SCORE from all participants.
SOME OF THE TESTS INCLUDE:
· Standing Vertical
· 40 yard dash
· T-test
· Push-ups in a second
· Sit-ups in a Second
· Agility Tests
· Balance and Cordination Test
· and more!!!
You will be scored based on your performance and compared to all the other athletes that compete.
