On Saturday, Sunday and Monday (July 5th, 6th & 7th) the Greensboro Sportsplex will be host to Hoops and Dreams Tobacco Road Challenge Exposure Tournament. There will be a spectator admission charged for this three day event that will bring both players and college coaches together all under one roof called, The Greensboro Sportsplex. |

Over 200 players have obtained professional basketball jobs overseas through attending this camp which is an annual event.
The camp is an intense competition with non-stop action with multiple games over the two/half day camp period.
This is the one camp that delivers the scouts who will be present to evaluate and offer job opportunities to players.

 Starting this weekend the Greensboro Sportsplex will be the host basketball, in-line hockey and volleyball facility for the State Games of North Carolina. The kickoff sport will be volleyball this weekend with the basketball and in-line hockey tournament scheduled for the following weekend. We are currently accepting on-line registrations for the up-coming 2008 Summer Soccer League beginning June 9th. For this league we will be only supporting three age divisions; Adults, High School Boys and High School Girls. The registration deadline in set for June, 2nd. So don't delay in getting yourself or your team signed-up.
General Information:
Adult League will play on Tuesday and Thursdays, High School Boys on Mondays and High School Girls on Wednesdays.
Price:
Full Teams fee for Non-Greensboro Residents $650, Full Teams Greensboro Residents $600
Individual Sigh-ups for Non-Greensboro Resident $100, Individual Sign-ups for Resident $90

The Greensboro Sportsplex is a special events center for the City of Greensboro, Parks and Recreation Division and hours of operation and facility availability will vary based on scheduled events, tournaments and/or facility bookings.
