From the Raleigh area go west on I-40 into Greensboro. Take the East Lee Street exit up to Route 220/29 North. Take Route 220/29 North to Cone Blvd.- East. Turn right and go down to 16th Street take a right, then your first left into the Sportsplex parking lot.

From the Winston-Salem area go east on I-40 an take the NEW Business 40 (Greensboro / Bryant Blvd. exit). Once on Business 40 take the Reidsville exit (Route 220/29) North to Cone Blvd.- East. Exit at Cone Blvd-East, turn right and go down to 16th Street. Take a right on 16th Street and then your first left into the Sportsplex parking lot.

From the Charlotte area go north on I-85. Take the NEW I-85 Business split into the greater Greensboro area. Take I-40/85 east to the Reidsville exit (Route 220/29) North. Exit at Cone Blvd-East, turn right and go down to 16th Street. Take a right on 16th Street and then your first left into the Sportsplex parking lot.
