  • Volleyball programming update

The Parks & Recreation Department engaged in a competitive bid process to solicit proposals from organizations interested in offering sports programming at the Greensboro Sportsplex.  Through this process, the department has selected and began contract negotiations with the Piedmont Volleyball Club.  It is expected that once a contract is initiated the Piedmont Volleyball Club will offer all volleyball programming which has previously been offered at the Sportsplex such as camps, clinics, leagues and Junior Olympic Club operations while adding additional volleyball programming.

In the coming weeks, you will see a list of social media blasts, email correspondence and changes to both www.greensborosportsplex.com and www.teamsportsplex.com regarding the upcoming volleyball programming.  Please follow us on Facebook at "The Official Greensboro Sportsplex" and on Twitter @GSOSportsplex  to be sure you receive all of important upcoming information.  For more information about the PVC program philosophy and to gather more information about the programs offered, please visit www.piedmontvbc.com

We remain committed to providing the highest quality programs and appreciate your passion, input and support for programs offered at the Greensboro Sportsplex.
